Erin W. Elkins is from southern Indiana and writes about the parts still left. She is the author of two chapbooks, Bottomland (Sundress Publications), runner-up for the 2016 Sundress Chapbook Competition, and Station of Rain (Dancing Girl Press). Her work has previously appeared or is forthcoming in The Adroit Journal, Tupelo Quarterly, Grist, Smartish Pace, and Southern Humanities Review. She has also published as Erin Elkins Radcliffe and Erin Radcliffe.
Erin received the Katherine C. Turner Prize from the Academy of American Poets and the Glendon and Kathryn Swarthout Award. She reads for Best of the Net and serves on the Sundress Publications Reader Board. She lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and her manuscript An Irregular State is looking for a home.
